The forests in Heilongjiang province in the Qing Denesty, as a land directed from ancestors and for its special geopolitical relations, are best preserved, which have been called ＂Wo Collection＂. In recent times, they have been deprived by Russian, Japanese imperialism, thus caused the decline of forest resources. The paper clarifies and explains the data about the forest area and the volume according the time sequence, and reveals the changes of forest resources in Heilongjiang Province.
