摘要
螺旋铣刀在数控技术下可获满意产品,但降维技术无疑为其节省成本提供可能。文以几何学为依据,给出了一维数控磨制任意截形的螺旋铣刀的方案及数学模型,并用算例验证了其方案的可行性与模型的可靠性。
Under the numerical control technology the spiral milling cutter may gain satisfactory product.But undoubtedly the reduce dimension’s technology provides possibility of saving its cost. In this paper, on the basis of geometry using one-dimension numerical control technology the plan of grinding arbitrary section shape spiral milling cutter and the mathematical model are given. And through practical computation there liability of the plan is proved.
