阐述西太平洋古地理图的投影模型以及原始投影资料与新编投影图间的图形变换理论;用机助制图手段实现各原始资料图到新编图的投影变换与成图．

Both the projection theory of the West Pacific paleogeographic mapand the methods of the coordinate transformation from original maps to the new map are described in this paper. By means of computer processing, thetransformation and mapping have been completed automatically.
