摘要
本文针对转炉除尘循环水的工艺特点和补水水质,对絮凝剂和水质稳定剂进行了筛选试验,并将试验结果用于生产实际。应用结果表明,部分水解聚丙烯酰胺可以有效地去除转炉除尘水中的悬浮物,HEDP可以有效地减缓该系统的结垢和腐蚀。当聚丙烯酰胺投加量为0.4mg/L时,出水SS浓度小于150mg/L。当HEDP投加量为8mg/L时,系统的腐蚀率和污垢沉积速度分别为0.11mm/a和20mg/(cm2·月)。
Screening experiments of flocculants and water stabilizing agents were conducted in accordance with the process feature of converter dust-control circulating water and quality demand of make-up water and the achievements have been applied in practice.The results show that partly hydrolyzed polyacrylamide can remove dust in converter dust-control water effectively and the scaling and corrosion could be detained by HEDP dosage. For polyacrylamide dosage of 0. 4mg/l the SS content of treated water will be 150mg/l and for HEDP dosage of 8mg/l the corrosion rate and the scale sedimentation rate of the system will be 0.11mm/a and 240mg/(cm2. a )espectively.
