摘要 利用双向流中空纤维微滤膜技术处理味精生产工艺中的间接冷凝水。实验表明,用微孔孔径0.1μmPVDF微滤膜能完全去除水中各种细菌和杂质,处理水浊度0.07NTU,达到回用要求。同时模拟实际生产状况考察温度、浓缩倍数等对通量的影响,膜通量恢复率>95%。目前已用于实际生产,处理规模2000m3/d。 The indirectly condensation water from monosodium glutamate crystallization processing was treated by hollow fiber microfiltration membrane dual-directional flow way. The results showed that the bacteria and impurities in water were removed completely by microfiltration membrane with 0.1 μm micropore., the turbidity of treated water was 0.07NTU, reaching the requirements of reuse. The effects of temperature and concentration multiple on flux were tested under simulating the actual running condition, the recovery of flux was more than 90% through washing. Now the equipment ofmicrofiltration membrane have been used actually, the capacity of membrane equipment was 2000m^3/d.
