摘要
云南某啤酒有限公司地处金沙江流域,产生大量污染极为严重的啤酒废水。对废水量为1000m3/d,进水COD为1850mg/L、BOD5为600mg/L、SS为700mg/L的废水,采用两相厌氧-间歇式活性污泥法(SBR)为主体的处理工艺进行处理,出水达到GB8978-96一级排放标准,运行稳定,工程投资和运行费用低。
A beer wastewater treatment project with 1000m^3/d scale was applied to a beer production enterprise which generates a great deal of beer wastewater polluted seriously: influent COD 1850mg/L, BOD 6000mg/L, and SS 700mg/L. In the project, a two phase anaerobe-SBR process was adopted; the results showed that its effluent reached the first class discharge standard of GB897-96; the project was of stable operation and low cost.
