摘要
本文对温度校验设备的温度特性进行了研究,针对温度校验设备的温度特性,通过优化的PID控制方法来改善系统的性能。使得系统能在保持较高的控温精度前提下,有效减小温度校验系统的超调或振荡,提高系统的响应速度。
The temperature characteristics of the Dry-well calibrator is studied in the paper, and designed PID control algorithm is based on the detailed analysis of these temperature factors. System respond time could be shorten by optimized PID control algorithm with reduce overshooting number.
