氧化铝增强无机硅酸锌耐蚀抗磨涂层的研究 被引量:1

摘要 无机硅酸锌涂层常用于大型金属结构件的重防腐保护。文中对氧化铝增强无机硅酸锌涂层进行了研究,结果表明;在试验条件下,氧化铝增强无机硅酸锌涂层的耐蚀性提高了6倍;涂层的滑动摩擦因数为0.2左右,耐磨损性能提高了3倍。氧化铝增强无机硅酸锌涂层为钢铁材料表面的防护提供了新思路和新方法,具有广阔的应用前景。 Inorganic zinc silicate coatings are frequently used in the heavy-duty anticorrosive protection of large-scale metal structures. Inorganic zinc silicate coatings reinforced by alumina were described at the test condition in this paper. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of coatings was raised 6 times and its wear-resistance was increased 3 times than that of plain coatings. Furthermore, the results indicated that the sliding frictional coefficient of the new coating was about 0.2. Inorganic zinc silicate coatings reinforced by alumina provided a new idea and method for the protection of steel surfaces. It exhibited a broad application prospect.
