摘要 探讨了提高炼焦煤堆密度的途径,结合不同粒度炼焦煤的煤岩特征与结焦性能,将炼焦煤先配后粉工艺改造为筛分分级粉碎工艺,提高了装炉煤堆密度,达到改善焦炭质量的目的。 The solutions to increase the bulk density of the coking coal are introduced in this paper. Based on the researches on petrology properties and coking qualities of the coal, the selective grinding process is used instead of the powder blending process. Consequently, the bulk density of the coking coal charged in furnace is increased as well as the quality of the coke is also improved.
