With the advent of knowledge economy, intangible assets plays a more and more important role in economic development of enterprises. Starting from knowledge economic age, features and author puts the article analyzes intangible assets in enterprises in terms of its definition, functions, and points out some problems in its management, against which the some corresponding countermeasures.
