摘要
提出了适合中国企业的界面管理与企业绩效相关性的概念模型。为此,对大连市几家大中型企业进行了实证研究,在一定范围内验证了这一模型,并揭示了界面管理只有和企业战略及市场环境紧密结合起来才能充分发挥效用。
This paper shows a conceptual model suits Chinese enterprise of relativity of interface management and enterprise performance. Then, an exploratory empirical study is made on some large enterprise in Dalian. This paper verifies this model within certain range, and reveal that interface management combining with enterprise strategy and the marketplace environment can bring an efficacy into play.
