摘要
培养创新型人才是高等教育研究的重要课题。大学生创新能力的成长受到社会环境、教育环境等外部因素及智力、非智力等内部因素的综合影响。高等学校应着力培育创新教育环境,改进传统教育方式,引导学生参加创新实践以提高大学生的创新能力。
The 21st century the science and technology talents must be adapted to the international competition environment; they have to have creative spirit. This said that ：from the science and technology talents individual, it reflects theirs personality, only they have according to various character on of modern personality, the ability contain competition ability. Therefore, to train the science and technology talents have modern personality, we will set up a target that a university student to pursue ideal personality.
