The 11 th Five- Year Plan has proposed that comprehensive operation of financial industry will be carried out steadily on a trial basis. As for the present situation, financial holding companies will be a suitable choice pattern for this trial. Many domestic experts and scholars have made a deep, thorough research on the characters, rules and developing countermeasures of financial holding companies.
