摘要
近年来家庭虐待事件在社会生活中屡见不鲜,家庭虐待现象的形成原因也是多方面的。目前我国现行法律对家庭受虐者提供的保护并不完善。要充分保护家庭受虐者的合法权益,必须进一步完善我国相应的法律规定,让法律为家庭受虐者提供最强有力的保护。
In recent years, domestic abuse is often seen in our life. The reasons for this are various, and a lack of legal protection against the abuse is a major one. Therefore, to protect the legal rights and interests of the victims of domestic abuse, relevant legal rules must be further improved. Let legal rules become the protectors of the victims of domestic abuse.
