遗传印记与辅助生殖 被引量：1

摘要 遗传印记(genomic imprinting)是一种重要的表遗传(epigenetic)过程,在配子的形成过程中,通过DNA甲基化/去甲基化、组蛋白乙酰化调控印记基因的表达,这个表达过程不仅受到遗传因素的影响,还受到环境因素的影响,因此辅助生殖技术(ART)的超排卵和体外培养过程可能影响印记基因的表达,导致胚胎发育异常、早期流产、出生低体重等。
