泌尿生殖道支原体分离及耐药分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解当前支原体的耐药情况,指导临床合理用药。方法应用法国梅里埃公司IST支原体试剂盒进行支原体鉴定及药敏检测,并用统计学方法统计分析。结果交沙霉素、原始霉素、克拉霉素、强力霉素、阿齐霉素、四环素、红霉素、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、对解脲支原体的耐药率分别为:3.1%、4.6%、5.8%、7.9%、8.2%、15%、37%、62.5%、67.3%。结论环丙沙星、氧氟沙星不能作为治疗解脲支原体的经验用药。
