摘要
在微波辐射下,以水杨酸和氯化苄为原料,NaHCO3作碱剂,四丁基氯化氨(TBAC)为相转移催化剂,碘化钾为催化剂合成了水杨酸苄酯。研究了水杨酸、NaHCO3、氯化苄和TBAC的摩尔比,碱浓度、微波功率、辐射时间等对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明:n(水杨酸):n(NaHCO3):n(氯化苄):n(TBAC):n(KI)=1:1.2:1.0:0.05:0.06,碱浓度为20%,微波功率为320W,辐射时间为4min,水杨酸苄酯的收率可达83.6%。
Benzyl salicyiate was synthesized from salicylic acid and benzy.1 chloride under the microwave radiation using sodium bicarbonate as alkali agent, TBAC as phase transfer catalyst, potassium iodide as catalyst.By a single factor test,effects of reactants ratio,alkali concentration,microwave power and irradiation time ect. on reaction were studied.Under optimal reaction conditions:n (salicylic acid):n (NaHCO3) : n ( benzyl chloride ) : n ( TBAC ) : n ( KI ) = 1 : 1.2 : 1.0: 0.05 : 0.06, alkali concentration 20 %, microwave power 320 W and irradiation time 4 min,yield of benzyl salicyiate reached 83.6 %.
