摘要
番石榴是热带水果之一,产地众多,因其含有一定量的多酚类物质,对其提取利用具有很高的经济价值。鉴于目前对番石榴中多酚类物质的提取尚无深入的研究,考查了浓度、时间、温度、料液比、pH、浸提次数等影响提取率的几个重要因素,通过单因素实验和正交实验(选择L9(34)正交表进行的四因素三水平实验),确定了番石榴中多酚物质提取的最佳条件:用体积分数70%的乙醇溶液,按1:11的料液比在pH3,70℃条件下回流浸提30min,浸提2次,番石榴多酚浸提率最高。
The guava is one of the tropical fruits, producing area numerous, and it contains a certain amount of phenol material, so it has very high economic worth. Basing on no deep research yet to guava at present, this text test through single factor and perpendicularity test, have confirmed the optimum condition that much phenol of guava is got: use 70 % ethanol solution, in pH 3, reflux 30 min under the 70 ℃ terms according to 1:11 material fluid ratio, carry twice, the withdrawing rate to be the highest.
