摘要
优化了莱克多巴胺的仪器分析条件。建立了适合于分析检测猪肝中莱克多巴胺的SPE前处理方法,样品加标回收率为53.75%～66.60%,变异系数0.87%～19.43%。
In this paper, we optimized the condition of HPLC, and established a sample preparation method, which was appropriate to determinate ractopamine in the liver samples. The average recoveries for SPE-SCX were between 53.75 %～66.60 %, and RSDs ranged from 0.87 %～19.43 %, which were able to meet the needs of the analysis.
