As known, the use of computers has brought much convenience to the management of information. But the fact is that under the circumstance of credit system being operated in universities, the management system of teaching material information has so far seldom been paid much attention to and developed. And at the same time, some existing types of business software are not so mature that they even arouse great confusion in managing teaching material information. This paper aims to point out in detail a practical way of developing the management system of university teaching material information for those who know little about programming.
