摘要
综述了辣椒碱的性质、提取方法及用途。列举了溶剂萃取法、微波法和超临界CO2流体萃取等典型的提取精制方法,并简要介绍了辣椒碱的应用前景。
In this paper the properties,extracting technology and the uses of capsaicin are reviewed. Some typical methods are enumerated such as solvent extraction, microwave and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction, furthermore, the perspective of its utilization is briefly introduced.
