摘要
应用Moldflow软件进行大型注射模型腔压力的数值模拟,将平均压力峰值和其他工况条件输入到ANSYS中,通过分析型腔应变,实现了模具刚度校核和设计优化。
The cavity pressure of large-scale injection mould can be numerically simulated by using Moldflow software. The average pressure peak and other operating condition were inputted in ANSYS for an analysis on the cavity strain and for the checking of mould rigidity and optimization of design.
