摘要
运用QPQ盐浴复合处理技术对5CrNiMo热锻模具钢进行表面改性处理,分析了盐浴渗氮对模具钢的渗氮层深度、显微硬度、耐磨性和抗腐蚀性的影响及渗氮层显微组织特征.实验结果表明,5CrNiMo热锻模具钢经QPQ盐浴技术处理后,表面硬度、耐磨性和抗腐蚀性较渗氮前有较大的提高,且渗氮时间以2~3 h效果最好.
The QPQ salt bath composite processing technology was applied to the surface modification of hot forging die steel 5CrNiMo. An analysis was made on the influence of salt bath nitriding on the steel performance, such as the depth of nitrided layer, microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. In addition, the characteristic of nitrided layer microstructure was investigated. The experimental result shows that the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the steel after Ireatment can be increased to a relatively great extent. The optimal nitridng time is around 2-3 hours.
