300MW机组烟气脱硫控制系统的应用

Application of Control System of Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization for 300 MW Units

针对江苏徐州华鑫电厂2台300 MW机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工程,介绍了烟气脱硫装置(FGD)的工艺流程、分散控制系统(DCS)的配置、主要模拟量控制、烟气监测系统及重要的联锁保护。经FGD系统处理后的烟气达到国家环保标准,其脱硫效率达到95%以上。

This paper introduces the technique process, hardware configuration of DCS, control of major analogs, the flue gas monitoring system and important interlock protect of the lime stone/gypsum wet FGD system in the Xuzhou Huaxin Power plant .The flue gas processed by the FGD system can meet the national environmental protection standard,and the desulfurization ratio has reached 95 % above.
