摘要
报道了用甲壳素为载体固定化活性污泥处理蛋粉废水的试验,并分析了各种因素的影响。正交试验获得如下最佳工艺条件:反应时间为48 h,初始COD浓度为4 650 mg/L,pH为8.0,反应温度为25℃。COD去除率为92.5%。
This paper presents the investigation on egg powder wastewater treatment using immobilized activated sludge with chitin supporter. Various influencing factors are analyzed. Orthogonal experiments deliver the following optimum technological condition, reaction time, 48 h; initial concentration of COD, 4 650 mg/L;pH, 8.0; reaction temperature, 25 ℃. Under this condition, the removal efficiency of COD achieves 92.5 %.
