本文对地基规范中关于滑坡推力安全系数Kt的选用提出了自己的看法，认为Kt选用应以设置这一系数的目的为依据，以确保乘以Kt后所得下滑力有利于边坡的安全为原则，当βn＞0时，选用Kt＞1．0；当βn＜0时，选用Kt＜1.
