浅谈群体性事件

On the Group Affairs

随着改革开放的不断深入,我国在经济社会持续快速发展的同时,社会利益格局也在不断地调整,社会各利益群体间的矛盾逐步显露出来。群体性事件不断增多、性质不断恶化、影响不断扩大就是表现之一。正确认识和处理群体性事件,是构建和谐社会和加强党执政能力建设的重要内容。应当在正确认识当前社会转型期群体性事件性质、特征、根本原因的基础上,有效预防和妥善处置群体性事件。

Along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up in China, the social interests are adjusted continually. Thus the conflicts among various interest groups have emerged gradually which are partly shown by the increasing group affairs, the deterioration of the nature, and the expanded influence. It is of great importance to correctly understand and handle these group affairs to build a harmonious society and strengthen the Party＇ s governing capacity. We should be effectively prevented and properly handled on the basis of the correctly understanding of their nature, characteristics and the ultimate causes during this social transitional period.
