摘要
面试作为公务员录用制度的一种考试形式是公务员队伍的“入口”,是公务员管理的重要环节。目前我国的公务员面试中还存在许多问题和缺陷。主要原因是我国人才测评体系发展滞后,面试缺乏专业测评人员,社会监督力度薄弱等。我国公务员面试工作应根据形势在观念、题型、考官培训和监督等方面进行改革与创新。
The interview is a kind of examination form of employing officials. It is the import of civil servant' s team and the important llnk of civil servant' s management. The interview of our country civil servant has a lot of questions and defects at present. The main reason is that the system development of talent assessment of our country lags behind, the interview lacks the specialists and testing personnel and the social supervisions are weak. The interview work of national civil servant according to the situation should reform on conception, question types, examiner training and supervisions.
