摘要
面试是公务员考录工作中的一个关键环节,公务员面试考官在面试过程中发挥着特殊的作用。但是,目前我国公务员面试考官队伍在素质、培训、确认以及管理等方面存在着诸多的不足。因此,从严把素质关、加强培训、完善监督以及加强考官库建设等方面来加强公务员面试考官队伍的建设刻不容缓。
Personal interview is a key step in the test of the civil servant. The interviewer of civil servant plays a special role in the whole process of interview. However, the interviewer troop has .serious disadvantage in quality, training, confirming and management. So we should pay attention to the personal quality, strengthen training, perfect supervisor and strengthen the construction of the storehouse of interviewers to perfect the cultivating of the interviewer of civil servant.
