摘要
通过对法官双重角色分析,可以分别导致不同的博弈解,即法官与国家立法者的博弈,法官作为社会个体与诉讼当事人之间的博弈。
By the analysis of the judges ＇ dual role, the different result may be leaded： the game between judge and legislator, the game of the judge as personnel and litigant.
