摘要鼻内镜手术由于术后纱条压迫鼻腔止血所产生的不适，容易造成患者全麻苏醒期躁动，影响到围拔管期的血流动力学稳定。舒芬太尼（Sufentanil）是一种新型镇痛药物，镇痛作用相对完善。本研究评价舒芬太尼对于围拔管期血流动力学稳定的影响，报道如下。
