福建省普通高校公体选项课现状分析

Analysis of Present Situation of Optional Course in Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities in Fujian

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法,对福建省普通高校选项课现状进行调研。针对体育选项课的优势和面对的困惑进行分析,并提出了改进公体选项课的教学模式,不断完善体育选项课体制,为高校公共体育的成功转型提供了新的依据。进一步推动高校体育课程改革,同时对提高教学效率和培育新一代人才有重要指导意义。

This paper investigates and analyzes the optional courses run in the colleges and universities in Fujian through questionnaire investigation, literature material study and mathematic statistical method. After analyzing the advantages and puzzles of PE optional courses, the author puts forward a new instruction pattern to improve PE optional course system, which provides evidence of successful transformation of physical education in colleges and universities and further pushes the reform of PE course. The significance of the paper is to guide the instructors to improve teaching efficiency and cultivate talents of new generation.
