摘要
学生的焦虑心理是影响英语课堂教学效果的一个十分重要的因素。但国内这方面的研究成果很少。笔者通过对本校210个学生进行问卷调查,对调查的结果进行分析研究,认为产生焦虑的原因是多方面的,并阐述了学生产生焦虑心理的主要起因、状况及影响,强调了教师有必要在教学过程中采取四种策略即情感策略、教学策略、语言策略和追加策略,在实际情况下可单独使用,或同时并举。通过减轻学生的焦虑程度,增强学生的自尊心、自信心和进取心,提高学生的英语学习效果和教师的教学效果,从而更快、更好地达到学习目标和教学目标。
Anxiety of students is an important factor in influencing the effectiveness of English classroom teaching, but there are few domestic studies in this field. The author argues that there are multi-dimensional reasons for students' anxiety, based on the analysis and studies on the findings of the questionnaires of 210 students, while illustrating the main causes and eases and influences of students' anxiety. The author stresses that it is necessary for teachers to use four strategies-affeefive strategy, pedagogical strategy, language strategy and additional strategy, which may be used both independently and at the same time, in order to help lessen the degree of students' anxiety, strengthen their self-esteem, confidence and aggressiveness on the one hand, and help improve the effectiveness of students' English learning and teacher's teaching effectiveness and achieve the learning goal and teaching goal in a quicker and better way on the other hand.
