摘要
本文首次报道了在室内从18个赤眼蜂蜂种中筛选出食胚赤眼蜂Thichogramma embryophagum Hartig、安荔赤眼蜂Thichogramma oleae Voegele et Pointel对荔枝蒂蛀虫卵的寄生能力。结果表明,食胚赤眼蜂与安荔赤眼蜂对荔枝蒂蛀虫卵的寄生率分别为21.67%和29.00%,寄生蜂的羽化率分别为81.76%和80.49%,显示出这两种蜂在生物防治上具有一定的应用前景。
In the paper, it was reported that two Trichogramma species, T. embryophagum and T. oleae could parasitize the eggs of Conopomorpha sinensis through the selection of 18 Trichogramma species. It was the first record that the eggs of C. sinensis may be the host of T. embryophagum and T. oleae. The results showed that average parasitism rate of T. embryophagum was 21.67% when T. oleae was 29. 00%. The emergence rate of T. embryophagum was 81.76% and that of T. oleae was 80.49%. Those two species are in favor of biological control in the future.
