摘要
该文研究了瓦楞辊的参数化设计及校核,发展了瓦楞辊强度计算与参数化设计理论及其模拟分析。并基于Visual C++语言环境软件包,编写应用程序,可实现瓦楞辊参数输入和一些重要参数的计算如瓦楞辊的中高度、挠曲线方程、原纸绕过齿顶时的内部张力、折楞率、齿形角、磨损率、齿顶端总包角等。本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析瓦楞辊在实际工作时的受力情况,中高度及两辊啮合时的危险面。
In this thesis, corrugated roller intensity analysis and calculating and corrugated roller parametric design and validating are studied; the theory research and simulation analysis of the corrugated roller intensity calculating and simulation analysis are developed. On base of Visual C++, compiling corresponding process which can realize corrugated roller parameters inputting and some important parameters calculating result. Finite Element Method and ANSYS software are used to analyze corrugated roller load state in practice and simulate corrugated roller load infliction state immediately and computer the data of middle height and dangerous side when the two corrugated rollers meshing.
