摘要 高校法律基础课双语教学是高校教学改革的重要内容之一。文章试图就有关国家双语教学的成功经验、双语教学的目的、师资和教材等有关问题进行探讨,结合我国开展双语教学的现状,以期弄清法律基础课双语教学的有关概念,探索适宜于我省开展法律基础课双语教学的一些方法。 Bilingual teaching of the legal basis course in universities is one of the most important components of the teaching reform in higher education. This paper deals chiefly with the successful experiences of the b education in related nations, the purpose of the bilingual education, instructors, ilingual textbooks and other problems con- cemed with the bilingual teaching. The aim is to understand the relevant concepts fully and arrive at the common understanding of the bilingual teaching of the legal basis course. Eventually some countermeasures have been put forward.
