苏北地区农村现状调研与规划发展策略

Rural Current Situations and Development Strategies in North Jiangsu

通过对江苏省徐州市邳州的31个具有代表性的自然村的现状调研,从目前自然村的典型状态、公共设施配套建设水平、居民居住状况、土地利用现状等方面对苏北农村规划存在的问题进行了分析,提出了苏北新农村规划发展策略.

On the basis of the investigations into the current situations of 31 representative natural villages in Pizhou, Jiangsu province, studies are carried out with the problems in the rural planning and the causes of the rural development in north Jiangsu, from the natural villages present typical state, the supporting construction level of the communal infrastructure and service facilities, the dwelling conditions of the residents, the present situations of the land utiliza- tion, etc. Put forth are some development strategies for the planning construction of new rural areas in north Jiangsu.
