摘要
当前销售团队建设多关注销售战略、组织结构、规章制度等显性因素.但是,作为销售团队建设的隐性资产,销售团队的风格、团队的共同愿景以及独特的销售理念等不容忽视.在销售团队建设显性因素的基础上对销售团队的隐性资产价值进行了分析.
In sales team building at present, close attention is mostly paid to dominant factors such as marketing strategies, organizations and structures, rules and regulations, etc. However, as its bidden assets, sales teams" styles, common aspirations and distinctive marketing concepts must not be neglected. Based on its dominant factors, this paper analyses the value of bidden assets of sales teams.
