Since the development of industrial zones along the east Longhai line is confronted with the situations of increasingly fiercer regional competitions, the construction of regional talent resource sharing mechanism will brook no delay. We must try to energetically break the inhibiting bottleneck and gradually form the unified mechanism of talent resource sharing along the east Longhai line from such aspects as the talent institutional framework, marketing system, environmental foundation and impelling force, so as to provide vigorous supports in talent and intellectural resources for the development of the industrial zones.
