高职教育打造品牌应注意解决的矛盾

摘要 基于打造高等职业技术教育品牌的要求,高职教育应注意处理和解决10个矛盾,即:学制与教学计划的矛盾,专业课程与公共课程、基础课程的矛盾,专业设置与师资队伍的矛盾,课程调整与教师知识结构的矛盾,学生专业素质与学生综合素质的矛盾,理论教学与实践性教学的矛盾,教师教学与教师进修培训的矛盾,教师无课与分配体制的矛盾,学生生源与教学资源的矛盾,特色教学与师资力量、实验室建设的矛盾等. On account of the requirements for building up the brand of higher vocational education, attention should be drawn to handling and solving the following 10 contradictions: namely the contradictions between educational system and teaching plan, specialized courses and common required and basic courses, speciality curriculum and teacher contingent, course adjustments and knowledge structures of teachers, professional quality and comprehensive quality of students, theoretical education and practical education, teaching and further studies and training of teachers, no teaching assignments and distribution system, sources of students and teaching resources, and teaching with characteristics and faculty and laboratory facilities.
