摘要
本文从服务心理规律——双重关系、双重服务、双重因素和双重满意这“四双理论”出发,分析了图书馆服务中存在的弊端,明确了图书馆服务作为一种特殊人际交往关系应采取的正确态度。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the service in the libraries front the psychological rule of service, that is, the "Four - Double"Tbeory double relations, double services, double factors and double satisfaetion. It also makes it elear that the library service, as a special communieative relationship, should take proper attitude.
