摘要
企业家人力资本是企业发展的根本动力,而生产性、社会性和动力性则是企业家人力资本的三种主要表现,因此,探讨企业家人力资本与企业绩效的关系,尤其是研究其所蕴涵的三重性关系及其作用,对提高企业绩效是十分必要的。
Entrepreneurship human capital is essential impetus of the firm＇s development, and of which productivity, sociality and dynamic property are three main performances. Therefore,discussing the relationship between entrepreneurship human capital and firm, s performance, especially studying triplicate properties,relationship contained in entrepreneurship human capital and whose effects on firm＇s performance, is very necessary to improving firm＇s performance.
