机械通气治疗急性重症支气管哮喘的临床体会

Clinical Experience on Treatment of Acute Severe Bronchial Asthma with Ventilation

目的探讨机械通气在救治重症哮喘并呼吸衰竭中的价值。方法5例重症哮喘并呼吸衰竭在给予药物治疗同时实施机械通气。结果实施机械通气16-72 h后,5例患者病情均缓解、救治成功。结论机械通气用于重症哮喘并呼吸衰竭的治疗是安全有效和可行的。

Objective To discuss the value of treatment on acute severe bronchial asthma with ventilation. Methods 5 cases of such patient were underwent the ventilation on the base of the routine therapy was taken. Results All cases had relieved and rescued after 16-72 ventilation. Conclusion The ventilation might be safety and feasible in treatment of acute severe bronchial asthma.
