摘要
目的观察森林脑炎患者临床与脑电图变化情况。方法对114例森林脑炎患者临床与脑电图进行分析。结果临床为轻型森林脑炎患者脑电图基本正常或轻度异常,占70.2%;普通型脑炎患者脑电图以中度异常为主,占22.8%;重度型脑炎患者脑电图以重度异常为主,占7%。结论通过临床与脑电图变化对比观察判定森林脑炎患者脑皮层受损程度及预后。
Objective To observe the clinical manifestation and EEG change of forest encephalitis FE. Methods The clinical data and EEG of 114 cases forest encephalitis patient were analyzed. Results There was 70.2% slight manifestation FE who had nearly normal or slight changed EEG. The typical FE had moderate change in EEG with 22.8%. The great change of EEG had seen in severe FE with 7%. Condusion The comparison and observation of clinical manifestation and change of EEG might assess brain cortex injury and prognosis of FE.
