摘要
目的研讨肱骨髁上骨折手法复位失败的手术治疗。方法笔者自1998-08-2005-09间,对26例肱骨髁上骨折手法复位失败者采用切开复位,内固定术的治疗。结果全部骨折均愈合,优18例、良5例、可2例、差1例。结论对于肱骨髁上骨折手法复位失败者需采用手术治疗,且疗效满意。
Objective To discuss the operative treatment humeral supraeondylar fracture after manipulation replacement failure. Melhods 26 cases of such patient from August 1998 to September 2005 were underwent open surgery replacement and inner fixation. Results All cases were healed with 18 cases excellent, 5 cases better, 2 cases good and 1 case bad. Conclusion The open operative replacement might be necessary for humeral supraeondylar fracture after manipulation replacement failure with satisfaction.
