摘要
近年来,放射性核素治疗在临床上得到越来越广泛的应用,其治疗效果与核素在体内的辐射剂量分布有直接关系,所以内照射剂量是评估治疗方案的重要依据。Monte Carlo方法是一种十分重要的内照射剂量计算方法,其计算的结果取决于所选用的人体解剖模型。本文使用一种以VIP-MAN数据集和临床获取的医学图像数据相结合建立的、更加精确的Monte Carlo数字人体仿真模型进行剂量计算。
Radionuclide has been more and more widely used in clinic treatment. Its effect of therapy is determined by the distribution of dose absorbed in the body, so the dosimetry is the foundation for the evaluation of the treatment. The Monte Carlo method is a very important method for the calculation of internal dose distribution and the result of the computation depends on the human anatomy model we choose. In this paper, we computate the dose distribution by a more precise Monte Carlo human simulation model, which is constructed by the dataset of VIP - MAN modified by the clinic image data.
