摘要
针对肛门失禁患者的排便控制问题,在前人工作的基础上改进生物反馈式肛门括约肌装置。根据正常人排便控制原理及内括约肌松弛反射过程,系统分为体内模块和体外模块:体内模块利用压力传感器对肠道压力进行测量,并将信号通过nRF401传到体外模块,实现生物反馈;体外模块通过nRF401控制体内模块完成排泄的整个生理过程,装置采用MSP430F1232单片机进行控制。
Owing to the problem of defecation-control for the patients who suffer anus incontinence, an anus constrictor equipment is improved. According to the principle of healthy people' s defecation-control and process of constrictor's flab-reflex,the whole system is divided into two modules, the interior module and the external module. The interior module implement bio-feedback function by using sensor to measure the pressure of patients' intestine and send the information to the external module by nRF401. And external module controls the interior module to fulfill the process of defecation also by nRF401. Both modules are controlled by MSP430F1232 microcontroller.
