从格式塔看高校科研项目管理的创新

On the Management Innovation of Science and Research Programs in Universities——From the Visual of Gestalt Psychology

科研项目管理作为高校科研工作的重要环节,正面临着诸多新的机遇和挑战,积极寻求改革与创新已成必然。为了改变高校科研项目管理目前存在的分散化、个体化、独立化、封闭化倾向,借鉴格式塔心理学的“整体性原则”便显得尤为重要。以格式塔的整体性原则观照高校科研项目管理创新,必须高度重视科研团队的作用,充分发挥多学科互动优势,积极开展项目培育,重视社会服务。

As an important part in the seienee and researeh work in universities, the management of seienee and research programs is now facing many new opportunities and challenges, which inevitably demands reform and innovation. It seems more signifieant to employ ＂wholes＂ prineiple of Gestalt psyehology to solve the problems in the management sueh as deeentralization, individualization, independence and autarky. More emphasis should be put on the role of the whole team, advantages of multidiseiplinary interaetion and the serviee funetion in society.
