论高校教师进修培训权的现状及保护

On Current Situation and Protection of the Right of University Teachers' Training

教师进修培训权的顺利实现对于教师队伍整体素质的提高、高校整个教学质量的提高以及高层次人才的培养都具有重大的现实意义。当前高校教师进修培训权的实现受到各种因素的制约。针对高校教师进修培训权实施的现状,从教育行政部门、高校、接受教师进修培训的学校和培训机构、教师本人等方面来阐述保护教师进修培训权的途径。

The right of teachers＇ training is practically significant for the improvement of teachers＇ quality, which will enhance university＇s entire teaching quality. It is also important for the cultivation on the talented persons. However, the current situation is that the realization now is restricted by many factors. Based on the analysis of the current situation, this paper proposes some ways of protecting the right of teachers＇ training, from the aspects of educational administration department, universities, training schools; and the teachers themselves etc.
