大学如何促进中小学教师专业化——以香港中文大学“大学与学校伙伴协作中心”的项目活动为例 被引量:6

How Can Universities Promote the Professional Development of Primary and Secondary School Teachers?:A Case of the Programs Administered by the Centre for University & School Partnership at the Chinese University of Hong Kong

摘要 香港中文大学“大学与学校伙伴协作中心”的项目活动,是大学促进中小学教师专业化的有效途径。从中我们可以看出,协作机构获得政府和民间的资助并吸引协作伙伴的参与,是其发挥作用的前提。为此,协作机构的工作人员应有良好专业素养和饱满的协作热情,合作项目设计应具有创造性和贴切性,协作服务应便利、专业和个性化,教育专业理论指导应与中小学“校本发展和自我完善”相结合。此外,协作机构和学校伙伴须定期组织一些大型活动,以便推展和交流经验,催生新项目,吸引新伙伴,使大学与中小学的协作可持续发展。 The programs administered by the Centre for University & School Partnership at the Chinese University of Hong Kong are an effective way for universities to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers. From these programs we can see that the basis on which they work lies in governmental and/or non-governmental funds and partnership participations. To achieve those goals, the staff should have excellent professional qualifications and enthusiasms for cooperation, the program design should be creative and appropriate, the program service should be conveniently accessible, professional and individualized, and the theoretical instruction should be integrated with the "school-based development and self perfection" of primary and secondary schools. In addition, large-scale activities are to be co-held by the Centre and its partnership schools, so as to introduce and exchange their respective experiences, to nurture new programs, and to attract new partners, thereby securing sustainable partnerships between the University and primary and secondary schools.
